Cyzap - Cyzap Acquires Aurora E-Solutions -About Us: Whats New

Omaha, NE., August 25, 2006 . Cyzap Inc. today announced a definitive agreement to acquire privately-held Aurora E-Solutions, LLC. This represents Cyzap's first acquisition of a Web services provider company that complements Cyzap's core strengths and adds "Search Engine Optimization" services to Cyzap's offerings.

With this acquisition, Cyzap is also pleased to announce that Michael Maynard, President/CEO of Aurora E-Solutions, will be joining Cyzap as a Senior Programmer / Omaha Office Supervisor effective September 1, 2006. Michael has extensive experience in the designing and deployment of Web applications and custom Web sites.

He also posseses expertise in the installation and configuration of Unix® based servers, which complements Cyzap's core strengths of maintaining Microsoft Windows® based servers. As a senior manager, Michael will be responsible for ensuring that all requests from Cyzap's current customers are handled in a timely fashion.

This acquisition follows Cyzap's core strategy of growth in the Web applications market. The Aurora acquisition enhances Cyzap's leadership and allows Cyzap to better serve its customers.
